Scenic Wolf Resort is a multi-use development containing areas set aside for both residential and commercial activities. From conception, MDG has been integrating the developer’s vision into a workable plan. MDG configured the Master Plan and continues to refine the design as work progresses through successive phases. In addition to site planning, MDG is responsible for designing all aspects of the resort infrastructure and performing construction administration services. Future phases include a water theme park, expanded retail spaces and equestrian facilities.
